Infant Myles Joseph Madsen passed away Sunday, January 17, 2016.
He is survived by his parents, Joseph and Courtney Madsen; brother, Marshall Madsen; grandparents, Carrie and Dave Calloway, Michelle and Mikeal Lashbrook, and Ed and Jennifer Raterman; and several aunts and uncles.
