Norma Jane Holman

Norma graduated from Reitz High School and Lockyear Business College. She was an executive secretary for Jack Hartman at Mead Johnson for 36 years. Norma was an avid golfer and played in several leagues with many friends. She and Joe had a winter home in Bradenton, FL for a few years. She was an active member of Old North United Methodist Church and had many friends there.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Holman, Sr., and by her special dog, Punken.

Norma is survived by her nieces, Debbie (Chuck) Silke of Elberfeld and Dr. Lee Ann Moll-Lear (Wilburn) of Witchita Falls, TX; nephews, Mike (Abby) Moll of Boonville and Tim (Mary) Moll of Evansville; and, sister, Shirley (Brown) Moll of Evansville.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Carolyn Yeager and Toby for their heartfelt care and friendship, and to the staff at Bethel Manor.

Funeral services will be 11:30 AM Thursday, December 4, 2014 at Alexander North Chapel, with Rev. Mike Monahan officiating, and burial following in Oak Hill Cemetery. Friends may visit Thursday 9:00 AM until 11:30 AM at the funeral home.
