

Pam graduated from Boonville High School in 1977 where she ran in the 220 and 440 relay events and competed in high jump. She was on the track team which participated in the first girl’s IHSAA state track meet in 1974. After earning her medical assistant degree from Ivy Tech, she worked as a veterinary assistant at Parkdale Animal Hospital for fifteen years. In 1993, she was employed by Dr. Jay Rohleder as his first chiropractor assistant, and she served over thirty years at Hamilton Clinic and TriState Functional Wellness.
In her teenage years, Pam was very active in the Warrick County 4H Center. She was very dedicated and accomplished showing five gaited American Saddlebred horses. Pam was a member of Baker Chapel United Methodist Church and the American Saddlebred Horse and Breeders Association. She was active in Walk to Emmaus, CASA, Alpha Ministries, and Hope Central Food Bank.
Pam is survived by her husband of 33 years, Mike Siscel; son, Bryan Rupp; daughters, Nicole Slater (Jake) and Faith Liebengood (BK); granddaughter, Lily; parents, Doug and Ann Taylor; sisters, Pat Taylor-Mattingly (Tim) and Dawnya Taylor (Neal Schroeder); brother, Anthony Taylor; many nieces and nephews; her mother-in-law, Giesela Siscel; and many close friends.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 26, 2025 at Baker Chapel United Methodist Church, 3495 E State Route 62, Boonville, IN officiated by Pastor Clayton Ahlemeyer. Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26, 2025 from Noon until service time at the church.
