He retired from the US Army as a Major, after a distinguished military career. Pasco was awarded 2 Bronze Stars for heroism during his service in Vietnam. He was an Army Ranger, serving with the 101st Airborne, First Cav Division. He later worked for the Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation.
Pasco was a member of VFW Post 2953. He was an avid golfer and loved playing poker.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Carla Manzi; children, Dr. Donna Manzi, Roy Manzi, Bryan Manzi (Barb), Lisa Deutsch (Scott) and Michael Wheeler (Janet); 12 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren.
Pasco was preceded in death by his daughter, Patricia Hirsch.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 7, 2025 at 2:00 pm at Alexander East Chapel, 2115 Lincoln Ave. Evansville, IN 47714. Friends and family may visit on Monday from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
