Patricia A. Barr

Patricia was a loving and nurturing wife, mother and grandmother devoting her life to her family. She was very involved in their daily activities and sports. Patricia was a loving role model to her family, friends, and neighbors and everyone loved her. She was a past member of the Perry Township Fire Department Auxiliary.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Paula Claspell.

Patricia is survived by her husband of 58 years, John Barr; son, Gary Barr; sister, Carolyn Pool (J.C.), Broughton, IL; brothers, Ronald Satterfield (Joann), Olney, IL, Ted Satterfield (Judy), Barbourville, KY; grandchildren, Tyler & Madison Barr, David Claspell; great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Services will be 11:00AM Thursday, July 11, 2013, at Alexander West Chapel, officiated by Rev. Ted Satterfield, with entombment in Alexander Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may visit, Wednesday, July 10, 2013, from 4:00PM until 8:00PM at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the family for the Tyler & Madison Barr College Fund at the Evansville Firefighters Credit Union, 312 N. 4th Ave., Evansville, IN 47710.
