Pat you taught me many things, I remember thinking how intelligent you were. Your love for movies, carmel and dancing with the stars will always stick with me. I miss our stories about the little men in our lives. No more suffering angel, until I see you again in heaven. xoxox

I'm sorry for your loss.  From the stories I've been told about Pat, she lived her life for her family.  What an amazing legacy she will leave behind.  You're all in my prayers!  Rest in peace Pat!

Your loved one was a wonderful person. I enjoyed eating lunch with her on tuesdays because we both enjoyed prime rib. May the memories you have of her sustain you at this difficult time.

Pat always had a smile on her face and was always very comforting in her words and actions. You will be very much missed!!

Pat was a very kind woman.  She was an amazing grandmother to my three sons, Jeremy, Jacob, and Justin even though we live 0ver 2000 miles away.  My boys always referred to her as "Grandma Rocket".  This came about when they were very small, and we would say daddy's mom, grandma Rocca...that turned into rocket and just stuck.  I wish we could have lived closer so that we could have spent more time with her and with Jeff's family.  I was happy to have been in touch with Pat quite often these last few months.  She gave me insight as to what a strong woman she was in these last few months.  She will be greatly missed by her New York family, and my condolences to her family and friends.

Pat became a special friend to me over the past 7 years. She will be sadly missed at St. Mary's.

The world has a little less sunshine now that Pat is gone! She will be greatly missed

She touched so many lives with her compassion.  We will miss what she brought to nursing.

We can only hope that we touch as many lifes as Pat!  I'm sure she and God are still going through those moments of her life.  She was a great person and a wonderful nurse.  I am blessed to have known her.

My friend, coworker and adopted big sister, 11years was not enough. We laughed and loved. My life is forever changed.   Teresa

I am so grateful that I was blessed with a mom like Pat. I knew she would always be there day or night, good or bad. She is already deeply missed. Thanks to everybody that came too visited her, she was extremely happy in the final days to get to see everyone and tell me stories about each of you. And i believe that she realized just how much she was loved by many people and she could leave this world proud knowing she did  make a difference...

Thank you for always being there and guiding so many with your wisdom and smile.  You will truly be missed.  Love and prayers to your family Pat and may the Angels in Heaven guide your way to eternal peace!

Thanks for all the love to my Grandma. I know she would be very happy knowing you all care so much about her. Nanaw was an amazing woman who will be missed very deeply. Words cant not describe the love we all had for her.

Pat was a great friend of mine and stood with me and supported me always. Her void cannot be filled.

In addition to being a nursing force of nature, Pat was always the go-to person for movie reviews and tips on the best places to eat!  She will be sorely missed by her patients and those of us who worked with her at the hospital.

You have taught so many of us so much about nursing, yet you knew so much more you never got to share.  You were an amazing mentor, nurse, and most of all friend. I will always remember you during American Idol and especially during Dancing With the Stars.  I will also remember your matching jewelry and clothes, even your pens, you clipboard with all your rubber bands, and seeing you push your cart of charts.  You were also the only person to ever call me K.K. I love you and am honored to have been there with you in the end and those last 2 days.  RIP Pat...you will be missed more than you can know.

You were an amazing woman. I never knew how many hearts you touched until now, but I believe it. Once again i Thank you for blessing me with your friendship and love. And you will always be loved and missed. I love you Pat. May you rest in Peace.
