She graduated from Reitz High School in 1952 and married William (Bud) Newman in 1953. Pat worked for over 40 years with her family at Newman’s Brides and Mr. Tuxedo before retiring in 2005.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother, Jim Meyer, and son Gregg Newman.
Pat is survived by her daughter, Judi Newman; son Eric (Lee Ann) Newman; sister Shirley Clodfelter; grandchildren, Amber Newman, Brittany Neat, Nicholas (Natalie) Newman; two great grandchildren, Jilian and Porter and niece Tammy Karges.
A celebration of life service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 12, 2023 at Alexander East Chapel, 2115 Lincoln Avenue, with Pastor Doug Heiman officiating. Friends may visit from 2:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
