Paul was a truly humble teddy bear of a guy.  We shared some good times with Dick and Carolyn.
Time moves on.  Paul and Janis have gained their reward.
Would  not bring them back to their last times here.
It is our pain and selfish that miss and want a few more days.
Blessed assurance.  We will see them again and know them as they are are!

To all of Paul's family and friends my family is greatly sorry for your loss. I got the pleasure of getting to know Paul while my parents were his direct neighbor for 10 years. Lots of laughs and good times shared for sure. His heart is made of gold and I gathered that he's the type of guy that would do anything for you. I miss the good laughs in the backyard and the routine dinners at Los Bravo's. May we hold Paul dear in our hearts as he no longer has to suffer. Rest easy my friend, you will be missed by many!

So many things I want to say.  So many things to share about the good times we all had being members of Emanuel Lutheran Church and hanging out singing karaoke or volunteering to work in the chicken & dumpling booth at the fall festival.  Watching fireworks.  Chasing kids down at the drive in.  Learning and sharing our life experiences.  Paul was a hugger and had a wonderful hearty laugh and loved a great well played joke, and that voice!  MAN!  that beautiful baritone voice.  Paul, your journey on earth has come to a close, but your memory and legacy will go on.  How blessed I am that God allowed our paths to cross.  May Sara Beth find peace in knowing so many people have such wonderful stories to share involving Paul.  

So many memories it's hard to single just one. When I was young he was like a bright star just seeing him and being around him made me feel happy and safe. Hopefully your recliner is waiting for you. We will meet again. Love always, Annie
