She was preceded in death by her husband of 32 years, Ted Phillips; parents; and sister, Theresa Hesson.
Phyllis is survived by her sister, Pam Burns of Evansville; brother, Tim Dodson of Newburgh; and several nieces and nephews.
She was loved very much and will always be remembered and forever missed.
