She worked in the produce department at IGA and enjoyed horseback riding.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents; and siblings, Stoy Williams, Joann Claridge, Debbie Williams, and Ricky Williams.
She is survived by her loving husband of 22 years, Gary Thiel; son, Bryan Huff (Lana); step children, Zachary Thiel (Emily), Meagan Henderson (Scott) grandchildren, Katie Fulkerson (Matt) and Clayton Huff; great granddaughter, Lainey Fulkerson; step grandchildren, Jade Henderson and Sydney Henderson; and brother, David Williams.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 31, 2026 at Alexander West Chapel, with burial to follow in Alexander Memorial Park. Friends and family may visit from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 30, 2026 at the funeral home.
