Evansville – Raymond “Clark” Exmeyer, 76, passed away on Tuesday, October 20th, 2026. Born on June 30th, 1950 in Indianapolis, Indiana, Clark graduated from Ben Davis High School in Indianapolis before earning his Bachelor of Science in Social Work and Master of Arts in Sociology from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, in 1973 and 1980, respectively.
Clark was married to Terri Kay (Green) Exmeyer for 47 years. In 1991, Clark established Media Management Services of Evansville, serving as President and key executive of an independent and locally owned marketing and multi-media business for 35 years. Prior to forming Media Management Services, he worked in the Office of Community Development in Muncie, Indiana and Department of Metropolitan Development in Evansville, Indiana before working for several Tri-State media outlets.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Clark had a deep passion for civic engagement and community involvement, evidenced by his unyielding dedication to the Evansville community. In addition to forming Northside Baseball and Softball to provide opportunities for summer recreation for local high school athletes in 1994, he was a prolific supporter of Central High School athletics, especially Central High School Softball, reflected by his effort to establish an athletic scholarship for deserving student athletes. His passion for supporting local athletics extended into his involvement with the Tri-State Hot Stove League, proudly serving as a fundraiser for charitable events such as the Tri-State Hot Stove League Night of Memories and scholarship opportunities for local athletes. Beyond his support for local athletics, Clark was actively involved in the Evansville community across numerous organizations, though his true passion shined through in the love he showed to his wife, children, and grandchildren. His absence will undoubtedly be felt by those who knew him, though his legacy will endure through each act of kindness and civic participation.
Clark was preceded in death by his parents, Marjorie and Leland Exmeyer. He is survived by his wife, Terri; his son Patrick C. (Leslie) Exmeyer, Charlestown, Indiana; his daughter Leah (Brent) MacDonald, Evansville, Indiana; sister Susan Kromann, Kokomo, Indiana; and three grandchildren whom he cherished tremendously: Hudson Exmeyer (Patrick and Leslie), Mavis and Westley MacDonald (Leah and Brent).
