Richard enjoyed spending time outdoors. His favorite pastime was fishing.
He was preceded in death by his father, Larry Culley.
Richard is survived by his sons, Richard Culley II and Dylan Culley; mother, Lana Brown; step-children, Krystal Hall and Randi Nicole VanBibber; siblings, Angela Smith, Dean Brown and David Brown; and grandchildren, Alexus Culley and Karson Culley.
There will be no funeral services held.
