Rick was fun-loving and lived his life to the fullest. He enjoyed spending time with friends and all those he cared about. HIs famous words were, "here hold this."
He is survived by his daughter, Tiffany Williams (fiancé Chris); and three grandchildren.
A private funeral service will be held.
