Robert was employed as a Prudential Insurance Agent most of his life. He was a Marine veteran serving during World War II as a Sergeant.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Myra; brother, Ralph E. Gunn; and parents, Robert and Bessie.
Robert is survived by his son, Steve Gunn; nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Services will be 10:00 AM Tuesday, August 31, 2010, at Alexander Memorial Park Chapel, 2200 Mesker Park Drive, officiated by Rev. Terry Gamblin with burial to follow. Friends may visit Monday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Alexander West Chapel.
