He was a gifted floral designer and a friend to many.
Romayne is survived by his sister, Tanya Boone; brother, Daimon Bagby, two nieces and a nephew.
Services will be at Noon on Monday, March 2, 2015, at Alexander North Chapel with burial to follow at Park Lawn Cemetery. Friends may visit Monday from 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.
