My sincere thoughts and prayers for Ron’s family in this terrible time. I was fortunate to know Ron as a member of Co D Rangers when we got activated and served in Nam. I enjoyed the times we had together and have many fond memories of him. I so wished I could be there with some of the other brothers to salute and honor him, but I can’t so I will honor him with this memory. May God surround the family with his Love.

Janie,
I so regret I'll be out of town this weekend and can't make it to the service for Ron. I was so sorry to hear about Ron and for your loss. I hate that I never did make it out to visit you both. So many great memories of our times together back in 1969, 70 and 71. You and Ron were very special to Vicky and I and I hate we lost touch thru the years. May all the great memories of Ron and your life together help you thru this most difficult time and thru all the years to come. I will try to touch base with you in the next few weeks to just chat. Again I'm so sorry and wish you and your family the very best... Jim

I don't know where to start because I have so many things I'd like to say. I'll begin by saying that I liked Ronnie from the moment Janie introduced us to him. He was someone who was never at a loss for words and could converse with you on just about anything you wanted to talk about. I remember him coming to pick Janie up in that maroon Mercury convertible. He and Janie went together like peaches & cream. I guess one of the reasons I was always so fond of him was because it was so obvious how much he adored my sweet Aunt Janie and that love adoration was extended to two of the sweetest people to ever live, Mom Mom & Pop (Janie's parents and my Grandparents). Ronnie may have been short in stature but he cast a giant shadow and had a heart to match.

Janie and Jenny, I wish I could be there to give you a big ol' hug. Know this, You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

I love you all and may God Bless.

We’ll never forget the diamond ring he bought for me when we were in St. Thomas on a cruise. We also had many many fun trips on Saturdays and for some reason he always wanted me to peek in the men’s bathroom to see how they were decorated . This half of the “lunch bunch” will miss our good times together. Rest In Peace Ronnie.
