Shannon was employed at Well’s Body Shop for several years, where he combined his lifelong love of automobiles by working on cars and taking pride in his mechanical skills. In his spare time, he found joy in tending his garden, where he grew fruits, vegetables, and flowers. He cherished the time spent with his son, Benjamin, walking along riverbanks and taking leisurely drives down country back roads, creating memories that will be treasured forever.
Shannon is survived by his son, John Benjamin Burns; daughter-in-law, Kimberly Burns; sister, Shearon DeVault; brother, Terry Burns, and grandson, Ludee Benjamin Burns.
