She was a lifetime member at Parke Memorial Church, where she helped in many capacities. She graduated from Central High School in 1952. She worked at SIGECO, retiring after 40 years of employment in 1998.
Sharon was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur L. Moore; and parents, Carl and Irma Mueller.
She is survived by her sons, Dale Moore and Gary (Cathy) Moore; sister, Pat (Jim) Freels; niece, Ruth Thene; nephews, Pat (Mary) Freels and Mike (Theresa) Freels; and cousins.
Services will be 10:00 AM Wednesday, August 7, 2013, at Alexander East Chapel, officiated by Dr. Ray Parker, with burial in Park Lawn Cemetery. Friends may visit Tuesday from 3:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
