Shirley "Joan" Baughn

Joan retired from Bristol Meyers and served on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity. She was a lifetime member of St. Paul’s UCC German Township where she enjoyed years of teaching Sunday School.

Joan was preceded in death by her husband, James Baughn; and her parents.

She is survived by her daughters, Joni Melissa (Michael) Kelley and Karen Michelle (Jesse) Hoff; 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; brother, Leonard (Roberta) Lenfers; sister-in-law, Margie Cox; numerous nieces and nephews; and special friend, Willie Nieten.

Funeral services will be held 1:30 PM Saturday, December 16, 2017, at St. Paul’s UCC German Township, 8701 Big Cynthiana Rd., Evansville, IN 47720, officiated by Pastor Terry Farmer, with burial in St. Paul’s UCC German Township Church Cemetery. Friends may visit Friday from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Alexander West Chapel, and Saturday from 12:30 PM until service time at the church.
