Shirley A. Hale

Shirley A. (Gore) Hale, 82, of Evansville passed away Monday January 30, 2023. She was born July 30, 1940 in Evansville to the late Charles and Imogene (Christmas) Gore. She enjoyed playing bingo, crocheting, and visiting with friends at Dairy Queen and McDonalds. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren. Shirley was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, William “Frank” Hale; and son, Brian Hale. She is survived by her son, Brett Hale (Kelly); grandchildren, Morgan Hale, Erica Van Leer (Logan), Rachel Hale, Drew Hale, Abby Hale, Stephanie Hale, and Natalie Hale; and great grandchildren, Carson and Jameson. Friends and family may visit 10:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Friday February 3, 2023 at Alexander North Chapel, with burial in Alexander Memorial Park.
