Susan Mae Williams

Susan Mae Williams, 71, passed away Saturday, September 4, 2021, at St. Vincent Hospital surrounded by family. Susan was born in Evansville, IN, on August 28, 1950, to the late Thomas Jackson and Mary Ellen (Malin) Williams.

Susan had retired from T.J. Maxx after working for 25 years. She enjoyed her family, especially her grandchildren.

Susan is survived by her son, Donald (Renee) Ashby, Jr.; daughter, Karla Ashby; eight grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; sister, Janet (Mike) Meredith; brothers, Tim (Jackie) Williams and T.J. (Gail) Williams; and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents; and brothers, Charles and Glenn Williams.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, September 10, 2021, at Alexander East Chapel, officiated by Pastor Brad Nolan, with final resting place at Oak Hill Cemetery. Friends may visit on Thursday from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
