Thelma was preceded in death by father, W. B. Fleming; brothers, W. B. Fleming, Jr, Walter Fleming and Johnny Fleming.
She is survived by mother, Daisy Fleming of Evansville; son, Katrel Thomas of Evansville; daughter, Tiffany Melson of Newburgh; grandchildren, Payton Poindexter, Alexis Thomas, Katrel Thomas, Yasmin Melson, and Israel Melson; great grandchild, Za’nyah Stewart; sisters, Ida Vaughn, Barbara McRae, Janice Wilson, April Boone, and Sherry Lester all of Evansville; brothers, Kalvin Fleming, Berneard Fleming, Bryan Fleming, Terry Fleming all of Evansville and David Fleming of Brownsburg, IN; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, September 24, 2014, at New Beginning Church of God in Christ, 608 Madison Avenue, officiated by Rev. Hazie Goines, with burial in Park Lawn Cemetery. Friends may visit Wednesday from 9:00 AM until service time at the church.
