He was a self-employed construction worker, starting in the industry at the age of fifteen. Tim enjoyed motorcycles, muscle cars, and fishing. He was an avid Indiana University and Cleveland Browns fan.
Tim is survived by his daughters, Jennifer Hulsey and Heather Majors (Anthony); grandchildren, Austin and Ryan Burris; his brother, Mike Hulsey; nephew, Cameron Fisher; uncle, Richard Brown; and aunt, Diane Hisch.
A Funeral Service will be held 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 2, 2021, at Alexander East Chapel, with burial in Park Lawn Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
