Born on June 20, 1964, Tina brought joy, curiosity, and a spark of fun to every life she touched. She loved her family deeply, especially her beloved grandbabies, and treasured every moment with them. Whether she was curled up reading to them, doing a science experiment with them, or twirling them around in the kitchen with a dance party, she filled their lives with magic and mischief in equal measures. Her life was a testament to love, resilience, and the joys of family.
Tina had an adventurous heart and a passion for the outdoors, nature, and science. She loved to travel and had many adventures with her beloved daughters, including vacations to Greece, Puerto Rico, and the Eras Tour. She was happy studying rocks as a geologist, working in the lab as a technician, or admiring the beauty of the world around her. She loved the arts, from crafting at home to attending musicals and plays. Tina was also an avid reader, her favorite book being To Kill A Mockingbird. She was a passionate advocate for what she believed in, always ready to fight for the greater good, and never afraid to speak her mind with wit and tenacity. A true free spirit, Tina adored dancing, glitter, and music - especially Taylor Swift, and brought her own kind of sparkle wherever she went.
Tina was a 1982 graduate of Mater Dei High School. She was passionate about furthering her education and completed a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Southern Indiana in 2011.
Tina moved through the world with passion, curiosity, and love. Her laughter, creativity, and kindness will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by all who knew her.
She leaves behind her daughters, Hillary (Dennis) Lee and Danielle (Ted) Dilger; her grandchildren, Gwendolyn, Samuel, and Archie, who will forever cherish memories of their sparkly and fun Gigi; her siblings, Jeff (Theresa) Boarman, Jane (Mike) Delesma, Ted (Jane) Boarman; and a large, loving network of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who were lucky to be part of her world. She joins in peace her parents, Jesse and Mary Boarman, and nephew, Caleb Brown.
Tina lived her life in color and we invite everyone to honor her by wearing bright colors and sparkles to her service.
