Todd Anthony Anderson

Todd A. Anderson, 37, of Evansville, passed away peacefully in his sleep at home, Saturday, December 31, 2016. He has moved on to a new home and left behind the wheelchair that was part of his life for 23 years.

He was born February 24, 1979 to Ted A. and Brenda A. Anderson. Todd was a 1997 graduate of Harrison High School and also a graduate of Ivy Tech. He was a member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church. Todd enjoyed working on computers and socializing with his friends and family. He lived life to the fullest and pushed the limits from his wheelchair whenever possible. Todd was an inspiration to many and will be deeply missed.

Todd was preceded in death by his father, Ted A. Anderson; grandparents, George and Dorothy Anderson; grandfather, Stanley Bonke, and uncle, Mitch Davis.

He is survived by his mother, Brenda Anderson of Evansville; brother, Brad (Debbie) Anderson of Evansville; stepson Michael Anderson of Harrison, OH; stepdaughter, Tristyn Anderson of Evansville; nephews, Jason Anderson of Evansville and Kietun Thomas of New Castle, IN; grandmother, Ruby Bonke of Evansville, and aunts, Betty (Donnie) Becker of Evansville and Georgia (David) Barton of Virginia Beach, VA. He is also survived by his beloved pets and companions, Angel and Tank.

Funeral Service will be 10:00AM, Saturday, January 7, 2017, at Alexander East Chapel, 2115 Lincoln Avenue, officiated by Pastor Don Gray, with burial in Park Lawn Cemetery. Friends may visit from 2:00PM to 7:00PM, Friday, January 6, 2017 at the funeral home.
