Treva M. Tuley

She graduated from Bloomington High School and went on to receive a BS in Nursing from Evansville College. She worked many years at Welborn Baptist Hospital where she was a much-loved co-worker and supervisor.

Treva was preceded in death by her parents, Millard and Alma (Deckard) Axsom; brother, Edgar Axsom (Ruth); and sisters, Freda Long (Les) and Norma Roper (Bill).

She is survived by her sister, Marilyn Housel (Paul); children, Greg Tuley (Tammie), Laurie Moran (Vince), Bruce Tuley, and Beth Wade; grandchildren, Chris Tuley (Mattie), Sarah Tuley (Matt), Daniel Welman (Faviola), Dustin Welman, Courtney Tuley, Seth Tuley, and Alan Tuley; several great-grandchildren; cousin, Anita Deckard; and many nieces and nephews.

The family would like to give a special thank you to Cypress Grove Rehabilitation and Southern Care Hospice.

A funeral service will be at 3:00p.m. Saturday, October 23, 2021 at Alexander East Chapel 2115 Lincoln Ave. Evansville, IN. Friends can visit 1:00p.m – 3:00p.m. at the funeral home.

Private burial will be held at Park Lawn Cemetery.
