She was a wonderful mother, sister, daughter, and grandmother. She was a caring person, always happy and funny. She loved cats, reading, and crossword puzzles. Zoe was a wonderful cook. She was a registered nurse at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, FL. She was gone to soon, but we have gained an angel.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Alejandro and Dolores (Rosa) Rodriguez.
Zoe is survived by her daughters, Gloria Salqui of Henderson, KY and Zihomara Young of Louisville, KY; brothers, Vicente (Monsie) and Oscar (June) Rodriguez, both of Ft. Myers, FL; sister, Rosita Rodriguez of Syracuse, NY; grandchildren, Erica Cooper of Henderson, KY, Phillip Young of Louisville, KY and Elijah Salqui of Henderson, KY.
