

He served the US Army Horse Cavalry during WWII. Arlie worked at Everett Plywood & Door then at H & D Glass before his retirement.
Arlie was an avid bowler, hunter and fisherman taking many grandchildren on fishing trips.
He is survived by his loving wife of 71 years, Marie Phelps; daughters, Shamra Lomsdalen, Dixie Songstad both of Everett; sons, Gary Phelps of Naples, FL; and Ronald Phelps of Redmond, WA.; 21 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren and 16 great great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by 15 siblings.
Arlie was a longtime member of Bethany Christian Assembly and was a prayer warrior that loved and served the Lord his whole life.
Visitation will be Thursday, from 10 a.m. - 5: p.m. and Friday from 10 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. at Purdy & Walters with Cassidy
