Jessie Eva Nelson, born February 5, 1935 in Seattle, WA, passed away on May 23, 2013 in Everett, WA. She enjoyed cooking, watching the Food Network, and spending time with her loving family. Jessie is survived by her daughters Julie Barcus (Damon) and Vicki Shaddy of Anacortes, son Edward Nelson (Melinda) of Arlington, sister Doris Jacobs of Everett, longtime companion Tim Reeves of Lake Stevens, and grandchildren Kacey and Garrett Nelson. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Nelson, and sister June McCord. A celebration of Jessie’s life will be held on Saturday, June 8, 2013, from 2-5pm, at her home in Lake Stevens.
