Born February 22, 1985, Justin passed away at his home in Shoreline May 10, 2011. Justin graduated from Shorewood High School in Shoreline 2003; graduated from the Puget Sound Electrical Joint Apprenticeship Training Center in 2006; and worked for the Seattle Department of Transportation Heavy Maintenance Crew as a signal electrician. He had many interests, among them various philosophies, science, poetry, and found meaning in music. He is survived by his parents Dom Amor and Lorri Amor-Meyer, his sisters Nicole Amor and Dominique Amor, his great grandmother Marie Meyer, his Aunt Becky Meyer, his uncle Amador Amor, and numerous other aunts, uncles, and cousins from around the United States. Among his favorite quotes: "We're all born into this river without knowing how to swim. Eventually... we learn how to keep the water under our chin. Sometimes this river's so cold to be in. Freezing my soul, solidifying my skin. Regardless of far i see, i never see my travels end. We're carried by the current, being driven by the wind. The scenery we pass, we'll never see again. So we store it up as memories and don't let go of them." - Oliver Hart, AKA Eyedea Memorial services will be held 2:00pm, Tuesday, May 17, 2011 at University Presbyterian Church, 4540 15th Ave NE, Seattle, 98105, and a gathering to celebrate Justin's life will be announced at the services, and information will be posted on his Facebook. You will be missed and always loved, Justin.
