Whenever I think of you, I always remember your friendliness and outgoing personality. You are an amazing woman and mother. It is obvious in how you raised your daughters. You will be missed and be thought of often.

Thank you for the love and kindness you always showed me, Clinton, and Wesley. I am so blessed to have known you. I am so grateful you brought Huong into this world. Mom, I miss you so much everyday. I wish you were here with us. I miss your smile, laughter, and energy. I wish I could hold your hand and hug you once again. Life will never be the same without you. I wish you could see me graduate and eventually get married, I wish I could buy you everything you ever wanted and take you shopping again. The part that hurts the most isn't missing you, it's knowing that I'll never see you again.

I am so blessed to have known Xuan. We shared many happy moments when she came into our dental office,not to mention the amazing food she always brought. To my aunt who welcomed me when I was 16 for my first trip to the United States with the greatest kindness and hospitality. She used to have a 'joie de vivre' that animated the entire house, she had great courage and a big heart to receive a sixth girl to her home during the summer holidays while continuing to work. She will have received us a second time with Mom, my brother Quang-Do and his girlfriend when I was 21. She will have received us for the third time to meet my husband and Mathilde still in my belly when I was 27. She will remain in my memory a generous aunt, fighter, full of life, pretty, cheerful, bright with whom I shared the highlights of my first part of life. She will remain in my mind and my heart.
