*****Grand Lady****
I have missed seeing Granny for 3 years, now I would miss seeing her the rest of my life. She has left beautiful memories with me. I'd miss that smile, how fast she spoke, the stories she told each moment I had with her, I never had a relationship with my grand parents. All had passed on by the time I was grown except for one, with whom I couldn't communicate with (sadly) because of a language barrier. Connie Woten was indeed a granny to me. I am super grateful to have met her in this journey of life. Granny's stories and my memories of her remains a priceless treasure in my heart. Sleep peacefully Grand Lady...God bless Your Soul.

First Immanuel was truly blessed the day Connie Woten became a member. Her Christian outlook permeated everything in her life. The way she greeted new people - her positive attitude towards others - her acceptance of everyone -
and, of course, her spaghetti and her wonderful laugh.

P.B. I am sure, has greeted her warmly into God's presence.

Connie was like a second grandmother to me. My favorite memory of her was the “pillow story”. When I was little as a 3 year old, I would bring my smiley face pillow to church and she would often remind me of when I would “run and get that pillow”. She also said the pillow was my best friend. This is a memory I will always cherish until I meet with her again through the eternal gates of heaven.

Rest In Peace, dear Connie. I love you,
-Martin Becker

Mrs. Woten was one of the most influential person to me. I remember the first time I brought my Shepherds Pie to a church event. Mrs. Woten requested that I make her a special Shepherds Pie and every year for her birthday she always would say " You already know what I want." Mrs. Woten will always and forever have a special place in my heart.

Love you

My dearest Grandma,

While I may not be there physically, you remain in my heart always. Thank you for being a role model and showing such class and sophistication and teaching us what the true definition of a lady is.
Love you always,

Niki

My Connie Lou is one of the women in my family that showed her love to anyone that she could. My childhood has wonderful memories because of her and the dinners. The home made biscuits, the home made ice cream. My cousin Connie helped bring me into this world. I love her she was now,and forever will be simply the best and she will be in my heart forever GOD REST HER SOUL . AB

'Mom' Connie was one of the most positive people that I know.
Just talking with her brightened my day. May God comfort you and strengthen you as you mourn her loss and celebrate her life. Her vibrant voice has joined the heavenly choir.
