Raymond Barry Dunkle

Dunkle, R. Barry 68, of Chicago passed away unexpectedly January 6, 2015. Beloved husband and best friend of Jean Dunkle (nee) Gainer for over 45 years. Dedicated dad to Shane(Yuki) Dunkle and Megan(David) Nicklas. Amazing Papa to Addison and Riley Nicklas. He was an avid golfer, educator, mentor, favorite teacher and leader to generations of St. John Fisher students. His questions have encouraged students to think more deeply. His comments have prompted students to express themselves more creatively and his observations have modeled the importance of using God given talents to create a better world. He is a proud alumnus of St. Barnabas, Brother Rice and Loyola Univ. of Chicago. Lying in state Friday 10am – until time of prayer service starting at 12noon St. John Fisher Catholic Church 10200 S. Washtenew Ave, Chicago, IL. Internment Holy Sephulchre Cemetery.
