We are so saddened & heartbroken to hear of the passing of our dear neighbor Ruth. She was the most funniest, caring & kind hearted women I have met in a very long time. I used to love the moment I would catch her outside just to talk. She was always a breath of fresh air. You don’t come across ppl like Ruth these days. She will be dearly missed by myself, my 2 kids & husband. Like my son said she is peacefully under a rainbow with her butterflies. We love & miss you Ruth. Forever in our hearts.

At the age of 13 years old I meant Mrs Payton. As a young girl I was in awe with how she carried herself as a women. As the years went on, I realized how blessed I was to have her in my life. I thank God for you and thank you for loving me. You were truly something special.
