Anna Swearingen, 59, able to praise and glorify the Lord on Monday, April 1, 2019 succumb to amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), that robbed her ability to talk about a year and a half ago. In Xenia Ohio, Parents Richard and Mary Francis welcomed Anna into the world on December 31, 1959, the youngest of three children. Anna grew up in Fairborn her whole life attending Fairborn schools and graduated 1978 from Fairborn Baker High School.
At the time of Anna’s departure, she was married for over 34 years to Eric Swearingen, on October 6, 1984 of Fairborn OH.
Anna was employed at Beavercreek, OH, Walmart, but through most of her married life was a loving and caring home maker for her family and handicap son. Anna had a large extended family through much of her volunteer work, compassion and love for the Lord.
Survivors include her husband: Eric Swearingen, two sons: Eric Jr. and Winston of Fairborn OH, 1 sister: Elma Morgan, 1 brother: Carrie Francis precede Anna in death, 2 brother & sister in laws: Wes & Sue and Otis & Pam Swearingen, 4 nephews, 4 nieces, 5 great nephews, 4 great nieces and one great great niece.
3-year-old Anna attended Central Ave. Church of Christ when the building was built. She was very active in youth and various activities through her life and supported her husband for serval years as a deacon at Central Ave. Church of Christ until health issues with herself and family compromised their service. Nevertheless, Anna kept the faith and always strived to do her best based on her favorite Bible verse below.

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
