I am sorry for the loss of your Son. 

Brian was my first boyfriend back in 1995.  Sometime in 2010 I reached out to say hi and reconnect as friends and later I found out of his tragic passing.  

He was an amazing leader in the Navy and I know his passion was to his country and his job. Memories are all that we have and I hope you all are doing good. 

Even though we never meet, I know he had an amazing family and partner and was surrounded by people he loved.  

Please know as someone who had a few years with him as a
Person he truly was an amazing and will be missed.

Barb and Garry, I was so saddened to read about Brian.  I know the deep grief you are experiencing right now.  You've been there before and so have I.  There are no words to ease the pain right now.  Just know that you are in my prayers every day and that many love and care about you.  You are not alone...God has promised never to leave or forsake us even when our world collapses around us.  He alone can give us strength to get through each day, wrapped in His love and grace.  Someone said that death leaves a heartache that no one can heal.  But love leaves a memory that no one can steal.  Oh, how true that is!

I'm feeling very sorrowful in learning of our loss.  Brian was a GREAT person and one of my very favorite flight students - I teased him a lot about being Navy, since I was in the Air Force (he gave it right back to me).  His smile, laugh and quick wit made us ALL smile when in his presence, and I am a better person for having known him.  My sincerest condolences to the Manning family and to his life-partner.  May you somehow find Peace in knowing that you raised a terrific son!

It is with deep sadness that I have learned of the passing of Brian. My sincere condolences go out to Geri and Mr and Mrs Manning. Brian was a valued member of the Music and Percussion program at Fairborn High School. He was an outstanding student, percussionist and person who I appreciated having the opportunity of teaching and knowing each day. I have fond memories of the entire families involvement and connection in the program at that time. Please know others share in your loss and may God comfort all of you in your time of grief! This news brings me great sorrow!!

We will always remember how you would visit in KY....and Morgan would sing you the alligator song. You were one heck of a guy Brian. Hate I never got to meet Tim. Prayers of peace and comfort for your family.

I have such fond memories of Brian from flight school. He will be missed but never forgotten.

He was always so very nice to me in high school. I loved his smile. So very sorry for this great loss.

Brian was the consummate professional, a fantastic clear thinker, which made him a great pilot. He will be missed!
