Charlotte Ann Banks

Charlotte Ann Banks, age 66, of Fairborn died on Sunday, September 21, 2014 at the Miami Valley Hospital. She was born the daughter of Ruby & Hazel (Elam) Smith on September 23, 1947 in West Liberty, Kentucky. She is preceded in death by her parents, first husband Sonny Rowland, second husband Robert Lee, son Jeff Rowland, sisters Jeanetta Brooks, Dorleen Simpkins, and Helen Hammond, brothers George, Darryl, and Kelly Smith. Charlotte is survived by her loving and devoted fiancé Andy Banks, loving son Mike (Debbie Bachman) Rowland of Fairborn, step children Andy (Penny) Banks Jr., Kenneth Lee, Helen (James) Gilbert, Edna Fay Lee, and Shiela Lee, sisters Sue Nickell and Wanda Tackett, brothers Bill (Jan) Smith, Elwood (Ruth Ann) Smith, and Dale (Betty) Smith, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Charlotte was a loving fiancé, mother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend. She will be missed by all who love her.
