CLARK, Edith "Jean", age 66, of Dayton, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, March 30, 2022. Jean was born May 10, 1955. She was preceded in death by her parents, Luther & Betty Welch; brother, Eddie L. Welch; and her son, Samuel Clark. Jean is survived by her son & daughter-in-law, Charles & Chrissie Hall; granddaughter, Taylor Hall and nephews, Michael Welch, David Welch and Daniel Welch. Jean was an amazing artist who passed her love of art on to her family, she especially liked to draw portraits.
