ELWOOD WHITT age 72 of Fairborn passed away on Tuesday, October 24, 2011 at home. He was born the son of Leonard & Mazie (Adkins) Whitt on February 20, 1939 in Redwine, Kentucky. He is preceded in death by his parents, daughter Valerie, brothers Donnie and Terry, and a sister Marcella. He is survived by his wife Betty (Hurley) Whit, a son Jimmy Whitt, sisters Sue, Patsey, Brenda, and Charlotte, brothers Billy, Ronnie, Jerry, Larry, and Gary, grandchildren Bridget, Alexis, and Brandon, brother in laws Bobby and Jimmy, sister in law Judy, several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Elwood worked at Tatone’s car dealership as a salesman for 30 years and was a veteran of the United States Army. Elwood was a good man and he will be missed by his family that loves him. Friends may call on Thursday, October 27, 2011, ¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬Noon to 1PM at Burcham Jennings Funeral Home 119 E. Main St. Fairborn, Ohio where services will follow at 1PM with Pastor Archie Caudill officiating. Interment will follow at Byron Cemetery. Condolences may be sent to the family at
