Frances Mae Leach

LEACH, Frances Mae (Igo) 87 of Fairborn passed away peacefully Tuesday, February 14, 2017. Frances leaves to cherish her memory her beloved husband whom she married on Valentine’s Day 30 years ago, Thomas Leach; her daughters and sons-in-law Wanda (nee Igo) & Donny Cooper, Janette & David Schmeling and Teresa & Brian Tribut. Also surviving are her sister Vivian Chambliss, grandsons Jason (Jenny) Cooper, Jonathan Powell, Matthew Powell, Jeremy Tribut, Jacob Tribut; granddaughter Erin Tribut; great-grandchildren Anastasia Cooper, Payton Cooper, Cody Toadvine, Aidan Powell, Maximus Powell, numerous nieces, nephews and friends and her beloved cat Max. Frances was preceded in death by her first husband Lloyd Igo in 1979, her parents Bill and Grace (nee Sidenstick) Anderson, brothers William F. Anderson, Frank Anderson, sister Lillian Uptagrafft, 2 nephews Jim Chambliss, John Uptagrafft, one niece Sharon Montgomery. She was a Supervisor at the Yellow Springs Instrument Company retiring in 1992, was faithful member of the Enon Church of Christ, was a member of the Fairborn Moose and eagles. Her family will receive friends at the BURCHAM – JENNINGS FUNERAL HOME, 119 East Main Street, Fairborn, Saturday, February 18, 2017 starting at 9:00 am, followed by a Celebration of Frances’ life at 11:00 am with Pastor Jon Lanier presiding, Burial will follow in Byron Cemetery.
