Howard E. Rapp

HOWARD E. RAPP, age 77 of Fairborn, Ohio passed away peacefully at Hospice of Dayton on Sunday, January 8, 2012. He was born June 19, 1934 in Waverly, Ohio; the son of Floyd and Edith (Blakeman) Rapp. His is survived by Daughter; Patty (Ken) Howard; Son; Dale (Kathleen) Rapp; Grandchildren; Bill (Brandi) Fuller; Jeremy (Katie) Rapp; Amber (Nick) Holdeman; Corey Howard (Amy Burkhead); Kendra (Willie) White; Great Grandchildren; Gavin Rapp, Ella Holdeman, Kaden and Kayleigh White, and Kaetlynn Burkhead; Brothers; Charles (Kathryn) Rapp; Sisters; Margaret (Jim) Washburn, Mary (Frosty) Wheeler, Francis (Vernon) Pierce, as well as many family members. He was preceded in death, after 55 years of marriage, by his loving wife, Carolyn. He was also preceded in death by Brothers; Paul Rapp, Thomas Rapp, and Omar Rapp; Sisters; Verna Vulgamore, Bertha Rapp, and Ruth Sprott. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He will be dearly missed by all of his family and friends, but forever in our hearts. The family would like to thank Hospice of Dayton and Dayspring Care Center for all their care and support. Friends may call on Wednesday, January 11, 2012 ¬5PM to ¬8PM at Burcham Jennings Funeral Home, 119 E. Main St. Fairborn, Ohio where funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 12, 2012 at 11 AM with Pastor Wesley Barnhill officiating. Interment will follow at Byron Cemetery.
