My condolences to Jeffreys family, as I was informed of his passing here in North Carolina by my older brother. Jeff was my first childhood friend when I was 4, 5, 6 years old and lived right down the street from me on Brook Road. He was a great childhood friend. We ran the streets and waded that little creek that we were supposed to stay away from so I have good memories of Jeff. I last seen him when we were teenagers. I m so sorry to hear and he is in my prayers. Sign Keith Howard
