I was one of the people who responded to the accident and performed CPR. I tried to find information on his status for days after his accident. I was pleased when I heard that the following Saturday he was still alive, but very sad to hear that his injuries were too much to survive and that he passed the next day. As a stranger to him and his family, my heart goes out to you and I hope you are able to grieve in the ways that you need. I wanted to be able to be present for his funeral, but I'll be out of state. Remember this world is so big in some ways - and yet so small. Take care of each other.

May you rest in peace now. You will be greatly missed by so many. Our son, Jimmie Clay and grandsons, Jorden and Camren Clay will carry your love as you carry theirs always. We shared the ultimate, thank you for our son. I'm sure Derek and your father were there with open arms and all their love as well. I could not and would never forget you. Have known Jimmy for over 40 years. Taught his nieces and nephew at Bethel Schools years ago. They always raved about Uncle Jimmy !! To say he was a favorite is an understatement. He was well respected.
We talked at Kroger , seems like just 3 weeks ago. Said we would get together. One never knows what THE MAN UPSTAIRS has in store for us. My respects to Jimmy's family. Jimmy Wells was just good people. Mark Striebich Fairborn
