Joe will be greatly missed by many.We have not seen each other in years but the memories will last forever. We had some great times. Joe took me to Wayside, that was my first real encounter with God.I will never forget all the Sunday dinners at mom and dad Collins house. Psalm 116:15 says "Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints". All my love and prayers go out to the Collins Family

Knowing Joe my entire life from our old church, Wayside Chapel, he is best remembered by me as someone who all of us younger kids looked up to. He was always patient, supportive and available to provide sound guidance. He will be missed, but I take comfort knowing, without question, that he is with the Lord, and that I have been blessed to have called him my friend.

Joe you will be surely missed, especially your smile and laughter. I am glad that I was so blessed into entering the Collins' family and getting to know you. You always had a smile on your face no matter how you felt and never had a harsh word for anyone. My children Grace and Richard thought the world of you as we all did. But now you are with your Lord and in no more pain. We all will miss your smile, laughter, guitar playing, as well as many other facets of you. I thank God that I had the opportunity to have you as a brother-in-law, as well as a friend. Someday we will all be together with our Lord. Love you and always will Joe. XO
