June Clevenger

June Clevenger, age 88, of Fairborn, OH, passed away at Van Crest Nursing Home in New Carlisle on Friday, January 28, 2022. She was born on November 11, 1933 in Fairmont, WV. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 62 years, Alvin James Clevenger; parents, Harley and Bertha Boggs; sisters, Wanda Flowers, Gladys Puterbaugh, Wilma Britton, Virginia Schott and Lorraine Boggs and brothers, Arlo and Toddy Boggs. She is survived by her son, Alvin “Butch” (Crystal) Clevenger; daughters, Vicki (Mike) Lawrence, Tammy (Mickey) Ison and Renee Clevenger (Sue Wambach); grandchildren, Michele (John) Duncan, Nickey (Cheryl) Ison, Tiffany (John) Mustaine, Emily (Chris) Bergen, Bryce Clevenger and Cortney (Matt) Broad; great-grandchildren, Adam, Allison and C.J. Bergen, Whitney (Michael) Caseldon, Aubree and Jase Duncan, Clayton and Taylor Ison, Cessaly Giolotto and Johnathan and Jordan Mustaine; great-great grandchildren, Landon and Luke Caseldon and Willow Jones; numerous nieces and nephews and many friends. She was a faithful follower and will be missed by all who knew and loved her. A funeral service will be held at 5pm on Saturday, February 5, 2022 at Burcham Tobias Funeral Home, 119 E. Main Street, Fairborn, OH 45324. Contributions in June’s memory may be sent to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Avenue, Dayton, OH 45420.
