Sunday March 8, 2020, Linda Jenkins loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt, sister and friend passed away at age 72. She was surrounded by family and peacefully passed at Soin Medical Center. Linda Jill Fair Jenkins was born July 18, 1947, in Wellston, Ohio. She graduated from Greenon High School in 1965. Survived by loving husband of 54 years Harlo, son Randy and Tammy Jenkins, daughters Raejean and Bill Nye, and Sammi Jenkins. Grandchildren Chelsea and Ryan Young, Josh Baer, Breanna and Casey Kumbusky, Jesse Barker, Joe Lewis, Jordan Nye and Addie Hite. Great Grandchildren Baylee, August, River, Aiden, Jonah and Greyson. Sister Vicki Bridgett sisters and Brothers In-law: Ralph and Connie Jenkins, Farley and Bonnie Jenkins, Sarah and Clavis Stamper, Debbie and Sammy Combs, Naomi Cartwright, and Debra Fair. Special first cousins Lois Seymour, Donna Mather and Joyce Peters. Many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews. Her euchre partners Taylor Bridgett and Robbie Stevens. Special great nephew Brad Bryant, and great niece Tori Crabill who were very close to her heart. Surrogate mother to many including Okey Durst surrogate grandmother to many including Dustin Bryant. Her fur baby Molly and many friends in Bainbridge and Hillsboro, Ohio. Pre deceased by parents Fred and Jean Fair, brother Randy Fair, great grandson Jacob Barker, sister in Law Donna Beal, brother in law Thomas Beal and Randall Jenkins, nieces and nephew Deanetta Sommers, Jeanine Pearson, Kevin Stamper, Renee Minette, Mandi Stevens and Bruce McDonald. Linda worked many years for the Clark County Home, many years for Dr. Schumann’s Veterinary Clinic, Tom’s Market and as a self-employed groomer. Twenty years ago Linda and Harlo moved to Highland County, Ohio. They lived along the banks of Rocky Fork Creek. She loved to feed and watch the animals and birds. Linda provided a great Big Foot sighting for her great niece and great nephews. What a day in the caves that was! In the spring she enjoyed visiting the Amish green houses to pick out her flowers for Harlo to plant. All family and friends looked forward to the visits which always included the Amish Bakery and General Store. Six months ago they moved back to Enon area to be near family and friends.
