

Louella (Smith) Nisonger, age 94 of Fairborn passed away Tuesday, September 4 @ Miami Valley Hospital. She was born on February 19, 1918 in Bradford, Darke County OH, preceded in death by her husband, Alonzo (2004); parents, John A & Mary (Cubartson) Smith, and 6 brothers and 2 sisters. Louella has worked @ the Buckeye Overall Co, Robbins & Myers (Piqua), Old Wash House & Fox Cleaners (Fairborn) where she retired. Her hobbies were cooking, gardening, bingo, & making crafts. She was a member of the Fairborn First Presbyterian Church and Fairborn Senior Citizens Association – Chairperson for bingo refreshments & sending “Cheer Cards” to the ill. She is survived by daughter & son-in-law, Dottie Barhorst-Estepp & Ron Estepp of Beavercreek OH; son, Ronald Nisonger, Dayton OH, long-time friend, Kelly Dishman, Dayton OH; son & daughter-in-law, Robert & Anne Nisonger of Centerville; grandson, Jeff Barhorst & his wife Shannon; grandson, Craig Barhorst & his wife Caroline; 5 great grandchildren, Colin, Garrett, Charlie, Gretchen, & Carson; sister-in-law, Ruth Kemp, Indiana; special friends, Rose Kemper, Jackie Stephens & Bob Blumgold plus many, many nieces & nephews. Friends may call on Sunday, September 9, 2012 1PM to 3PM at Burcham Jennings Funeral Home, 119 E. Main St. Fairborn, Ohio. Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 10, 2012 at 11:30AM at First Presbyterian Church of Fairborn, 1130 Highview Dr. Fairborn, Ohio with Pastor Tom Harmon officiating.
