Marilyn Lorraine Mears of Medway passed away on Thursday, December 31, 2015 at Eaglewood Village in Springfield, Ohio. She was born the daughter of Clinton & Ellen (Pound) Tucker on December 11, 1924 in Oneida, New York. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Robert Mears; brother George Tucker; and sister in law Charlotte Tucker. Marilyn is survived by one brother David L. (Shirley) Tucker of Roscoe, New York, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and close friends. She worked for many years as a Management Assistant for the United States Government and was a longtime member of the Mary, Help of Christians Catholic Church in Fairborn. Friends may call on Friday, January 8, 2016 10AM – 11AM at Mary, Help of Christians Catholic Church 954 N. Maple Ave. Fairborn, Ohio. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11AM with Rev. Thomas A. Nevels Celebrant. Interment will follow at Medway Cemetery, Medway, Ohio.
