Perry Martin

January 28, 1978April 18, 2021

Perry G. Martin, age 43, passed away on Sunday, April 18, 2021. He is survived by his parents, Lois Y. Smith and Perry J. Martin; son, Jaxson Martin; daughters, Taylor, Payton and Lexi Jean Martin and brothers, Daniel Sylvan Smith and Jonathan P. Martin. Perry was a member of The United States Army and served two tours in Iraq for his country. He was awarded the Army Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal and many Army service ribbons. He was a horror movie buff who loved life and helping anyone he could. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Visitation will take place from 5pm until 7pm on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at Burcham Tobias Funeral Home, 119 East Main Street, Fairborn, Ohio 45324. Graveside service will be held privately with immediate family at The Dayton National Cemetery.
