Richard Lee Rathburn, age 65 passed away on Monday, July 7, 2025. He was preceded in death by his mother, Virginia Cummins. He is survived by his father, Warren R Rathburn. Two daughters also survive him: Skye Burke and K. Michelle Rathburn. He is also survived by three sisters: Wanda Keller, Sandra (Mark) Mulvaney and Drema Rathburn. An uncle Thomas Pilcher and an aunt Myra Rathburn Storey . A Celebration of Richard's life will be held at Mulvaneys Sports Pub on Saturday, August 2, 2025 at 2 PM
